Steps
Step 1: Boil two cups of water in a medium size pot and add rice and cook for 20 min
Step 2: Empty contents of curry into a large pot and add 2 1/2 cups of water.
Step 3: Cook curry of medium-high heat for 20-25 minutes
Step 4: Let simmer for 5 minutes
Step 5: Garnish with fresh or sauteed spinach
Step 6: Spoon curry and spinach over rice on a plate on bowl and enjoy!
