Enjoy this quick and easy meal any day of the week! Already pre-seasoned, this meal is super tasty and convenient.

Red Curry Chicken Soup

Steps

  • Step 1: Heat a large pot over medium high heat and add ~1/2 tbsp of cooking oil  

  • Step 2: Empty contents of chicken package into pot and cook 

  • Step 3: Add the content of the package with broth mixture to the pot with the chicken 

  • Step 4: Let the soup come to a boil and then reduce the heat to a simmer. Let the soup simmer for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through 

  • Step 5: Bring water to a boil (~2 1/2 cups for half size; ~4 1/2 cups for full size) 

  • Step 6: Empty contents of rice package into pot of boiling water. Stir and let simmer for approximately 20 minutes until rice is tender

  • Step 7: Serve the soup over and enjoy! Feel free to garnish with fresh cilantro or green onions if you have them.
