Super Green Veggie Pasta

Steps

  • Step 1: Bring water to a boil in a medium to large pot 

  • Step 2: Add pasta to water and cook for 6-7 minutes  

  • Step 3: Add broccoli to water and cook for another 5 minutes until the pasta is cooked but a little firm  

  • Step 4: Drain the water and reserve the pasta water  

  • Step 5: Add the green sauce and 1/2 cup of the reserved pasta water  to the pasta and broccoli

  • Step 6: Garnish with mixed greens and seeds, plate and enjoy!
