Turkey Sausage and Peppers with Rice & Side Salad

Steps

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  • Step 2: Place sausage and peppers in an oven safe pan or dish and bake for 20 minutes until the sausage reaches an internal temperature of 165

  • Step 3: Empty the contents of the rice package into a pot and cover rice with twice the amount of water (i.e. 4 cups of water for 2 cups of rice). Bring to a boil; once at boil turn to low and cover until tender, stir occasionally.

  • Step 4: Remove contents of salad and toss with dressing

  • Step 5: Plate and enjoy!
